Thursday evening, December 7th, saw 34 members turn out to enjoy the MARTA Christmas Wine & Cheese Social, hosted at the Durty Dog Bar, on Newcastle Blvd. The evening consisted of several activities of great fun, including the Snowman Poop guessing game, won by Jim Hondas, who guessed closest to the number of candies in the bag; and the Snowball Toss, which was won by Anne Gallant, who got all 3 snowballs into the bucket, after a couple of tie-breaker toss-offs! The winner of the Most Festively Dressed person was Lois Gilliss. Everyone in attendance had an opportunity to enter their name in a draw for a handcrafted, wooden snowman made especially for the event by Mike Duplessie. The lucky winner of the draw for this quality item was Mary Alice Ahern, who was thrilled with her prize!

Amidst the fine camaraderie, conversation and laughter, there was also time and opportunity to enjoy the delicious gluten-free pizzas prepared by the Durty Dog, as well as an assortment of wine and cheese snacks. It was definitely a terrific evening with a great time had by all! A big thanks to everyone who attended!
