Bill Rigley

Bill retired from School District 16 in June 2000, and joined MARTA right away.  Between 2001 - 2003, he served as MARTA's Vice president.  He was elected to the office of President in 2003 and served the retired teachers of the Miramichi in that capacity until 2007.  Bill's wild sense of cynical humor goes a long way to livening up MARTA gatherings and causes even the most dour to smile loudly.

Bill has served MARTA on the executive as Past President for the past two years, and has recently "traded hats" to become Editor of the MARTA Newsletter.
