Work is displayed at the Miramichi Art Core Gallery in Miramichi, where both retirees have paintings on display. They are members of Miramichi Art Core, a group of artists who meet regularly to discuss, share artistic creations and promote visual arts in the Miramichi area.
During the summer months, members of Miramichi Art Core operate an art gallery at the scenic Ritchie Wharf in Miramichi where the work of fourteen local artists is on display and for sale.
Both Gallant and Matthews are members of MARTA and are retired from School district 16, Linda as a former art teacher and Wendy as an elementary teacher.
